Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for products that are unused or found to have a manufacturer defect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns will NOT be accepted if the product shows any signs of use or handling. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee due to shipping fees, merchant service fees, and repackaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. In most cases, a full store credit can be offered to avoid the restocking fee, which must be asked for and used within 30 days of RMA request date.
