Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on any product that is in unused condition or if a manufacturer defect causes the product to fail. Returns will NOT be accepted if the product shows any signs of use or handling. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. In most cases, a full store credit can be offered to avoid the restocking fee, which must be asked for and used within 30 days of RMA request date.

We ship to the lower 48 States only.

We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or Apartment Complexes.

For International Customers, we recommend using a USA based freight forwarding company.

We take no responsibility for any shipment delays outside our control.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

Typically, orders ship the SAME DAY via UPS Ground or FedEx Express.

We do not offer any expedited shipping options currently.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL ORDER?

Typically special orders ship between 6-8 weeks after order is placed. If that changes, one of our staff members will contact you.
