Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on any product that is in unused condition or if a manufacturer defect causes the product to fail. Returns will NOT be accepted if the product shows any signs of use or handling. All returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. In most cases, a full store credit can be offered to avoid the restocking fee, which must be asked for and used within 30 days of RMA request date.
